About Us
I don’t like to write an "About Us" page because this business it is not about us…it is about you, how we can serve you to help you find the perfect new home or sell the one you have.
However, I understand that people want to know the wizard behind the curtain. Are we on the lunatic fridge and did you land here as the result of a google "feeling lucky" search or is there really a method to our madness and do we have the experience and credentials to serve you now that you’ve found us?
All I can say is that it’s not "blue hair and Coup de Villes" around here. I wouldn’t call us renegade realtors, but I would say that we are far from the traditional image you might have. As a forty-something, it is hard to be hip as much as I might try (Dad, you’re embarrassing me!). However, for the real estate industry we are definitely on the leading edge of where this industry is going…and as we steadily achieve our mission you are the beneficiary of our clawing our way out of the real estate Dark Ages by receiving better, more thorough and more personalized service.
We do a lot of things that we think are unique or at least ahead of the game. However, everything that we do is available to every other realtor in the area. We don’t have any secret weapons; we just believe that we use the tools available to us in better more productive and creative ways. After all, Tiger Woods doesn’t have special golf clubs or different rules. He simply executes better under the same conditions than all the other players. Execution matters.
As for us, we are technology-oriented, whole-brained (that’s right and left as in creative and analytical, get it?), discriminating real estate consultants working with the trusted professionals at our brokerage, Maxsell Real Estate .
We focus on serving our clients in the popular and growing communities of North Fulton, East Cobb, East Cherokee and Forsyth Counties. These communities include the cities of Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton, Duluth, Cumming, Canton and Ball Ground. We live here, our kids go to school here. We won’t list homes in Stone Mountain or help buyers search in Virginia Highlands. We sitck with what we know…and we know the 400 corridor.
Our team is here to service you. I, Bob, work with all our sellers and am responsible for overall management and marketing. Sydney is our intrepid buyer’s agent. She works with our buyers to help understand their needs and objectives and then finds houses for them. She has tons of energy and stamina which are required qualities for this position and she will willingly preview houses for you if you are out of town so that when you do get here you don’t waste your time.
What makes us different is that we serve our clients with a combination of good old-fashioned attentiveness and responsiveness coupled with the latest in technology. This helps us better market with you, helps us better search for homes with you and helps us better communicate with you.
One last thing: we view our clients as clients for life. I joke that that is not meant to be a threat… but rather, a promise. One way we measure our success is by how many referrals and repeat customers we have. When we receive a referral we know that we have had a positive impact on someone’s life. That is the value we are seeking to give.
