My friend and colleague Kevin Warmath started this blog with one simple idea: To provide clients with the level of service they deserve. His vision was to combine high-powered sales and marketing skills, appropriate technology, real estate acumen and professional standards of quality and service to the local real estate market.
He succeeded in doing that and in the process was able to lay the foundation for a site rich in local information that many in the community find useful and interesting. There are a great many readers and subscribers to this blog; and many past clients continue to search here or contact us for information they need.
I’m in the enviable position to take over the reigns of a great site and information source, and at the same time in the challenging position to be a good steward of this site. To nurture and grow the community in a way I think would be appropriate but also in a way Kevin would be proud.
I hope the readers of this blog continue to find the content relevant, timely and worth reading. I’ll provide more information to this page in the future about the team and myself. Until then, your comments and continued readership is appreciated.
