This is my first blog post regarding a specific listing in North Fulton. I thought it might be interesting to see how this goes over.
I was showing this house last Friday and thought that it had some features to recommend it. Is it a perfect house? No, there are some things to nit pick.
Is it spotlessly clean? No, but it is not dirty either.
Is it a bargain? Maybe. It is certainly priced competitively.
What I like about this house is that it was roomy. By that I mean that not only did it have an open floor plan, but it was just big inside. You could walk through the halls and not bump shoulders. The laundry room was giant, which is important for “de-mudding” the kids.
Plus the house was huge outside as well. The house is on a GIANT lot…way more than an acre. And it is fenced and flat. It would be a safari for kids; they would have tons of room to roam and never leave the property.
Located in the Cogburn Woods elementary school district, this house is in great schools and not too far from the Windward corridor.
This house definitely should be considered in you are looking in this are and price range.
