Roswell is located on the northern banks of the Chattahoochee River just to the south of Alpharetta and Johns Creek but extends north to Moutain Park. Along the Chattahoochee is a 127 acre Nature Center, a park and the perfect place any day of the week to enjoy a long quiet run if you're a runner. It's also where the Atlanta Rowing Club is located and the perfect place for you to put in on the 'hooch if you like to kayak or canoe.
Roswell's city government implemented a concept known as new urbanism in the Historic District where multiple types of development are combined in a concentrated area. Antebellum homes redolent with Southern history share brick paved sidewalks with cafes, restaurants, clothing boutiques, gift stores, antique stores, art galleries, professional offices and new residential developments.
With great schools, entertainment and beautiful history it's easy to call Roswell home.
